- You can also drop a ZIP of supported images: it opens in your browser and the results come back as a ZIP.
- Metadata is removed and HDR colours may change.
Common questions
Text or image watermark?
Both. Type any text (your name, a © line, a handle) or pick an image such as your logo. A PNG with transparency blends best. If you set both, the image is used.
What is the tiled mode for?
It repeats the watermark diagonally across the whole photo. It is the option that makes a proof or preview image hard to reuse without permission.
Do I lose image quality?
PNG output is lossless. JPG and WebP are re-encoded at the quality you pick; at the default setting the difference is not visible. Dimensions never change.
Can I use my logo as a watermark?
Yes: pick an image file (PNG with transparency works best) instead of typing text, then set its size, position and opacity.
Will it watermark a whole batch?
Yes. The same text or image, position, size and opacity are applied to every photo in the queue, and you download them one by one or as a ZIP.
Is it free?
Yes, 100% free. No account, daily limit, per-image quota or payment to keep converting. Convert as many images as you need in successive batches. Practical limits still apply: device memory, browser support, up to 5,000 supported files per ZIP and 256 MB per extracted file.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser, so personal photos and company documents are as safe here as on your own computer. Many online converters upload your files to a server and you never know where they end up; here there are no uploads and no account. Your images never leave your device.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes, in an updated mobile browser. Conversion uses your device’s memory, so on a phone convert in smaller batches and keep the tab open while it works.
Is there a file size or batch limit?
There is no fixed quota. The practical limit is your device’s memory: very large images and big batches can be slow or fail. Inside a ZIP, files over 256 MB are skipped.
Will I lose image quality?
PNG preserves the decoded pixels but cannot restore detail already lost in the original. JPG and PDF use JPEG compression. Metadata, HDR and animations are not preserved.
What if conversion fails?
Try an updated browser and a smaller batch. Unsupported codecs, corrupt files or insufficient memory may prevent conversion.
