Terms of use

The service

TotImage offers free image conversion tools that run in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your files

Conversion happens on your device. TotImage does not receive, store or see your images. You remain the owner of your files, and you are responsible for having the right to convert them.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results can differ from the original: metadata is removed, HDR colours may change, and only the first image or frame is converted. Keep your originals. Some files or browsers may not work.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator of TotImage is not liable for loss of data or for any damage arising from using the tools or from being unable to use them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to attack or overload the site or its infrastructure, for example with automated mass requests.

Open-source components

HEIC decoding uses third-party open-source software under its own licence. See the licences page.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the site changes; the current version is always on this page. Questions: see the contact page.
